Baked Ziti
2 cups spagetti sauce
3 Italian sausages
1/2 pound ricotta cheese
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 pound ziti
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Remove sausage from the casing and brown the meat. Drain off the grease.
Combine ricotta, nutmeg, salt, pepper, sugar and parsley. Blend well.
Cook the ziti, spoon 1/2 the sauce into 13 X9 baking dish. Layer on 1/2 the ziti. Cover with all the sausage meat. Spoon over and even layer of cheese mixture. Cover with rest of the ziti. Then add the rest of sauce and sprinkle with the parmesan.
Bake uncovered 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
