Cream Cheese Cookies
This recipe is so simple only three ingredients. The nice thing about this cookie is you can fill it with anything that is your family favorite. This is one of our traditional cookies we made each Christmas. My mom filled her's with apricot jam and raspberry jam from what I remember. You can fill them with anything you like mince meat or dates would be great. Let me know what you decide to put inside these tasty little cookies.
3 3 oz blocks of cream cheese
1 1 lb unsalted butter
4 Cups all purpose flour

Combine all and then roll thin. Cut into 3 inch circles. Place the circles on a cookie sheet. Fill the centers with jam or what ever you want. Fold in half

Bake 350 degrees 6-8 minutes

To add sweetness you could roll or dust these with powdered sugar.
