Peanut butter cookies
These cookies use to be in my usual Christmas cookie list as they were the easiest cookie to make. They are like Reese's Peanut Butter cups. Use a good creamy peanut butter and don't make it too stiff, then it will then be crumbly.

I'm sure some bakers have tried this recipe before. My grandmother Reta Harmon use to make these every year for Christmas. Reta was a beautiful woman with very petite features and a complexion full of freckles.
