Hot Artichoke Dip
I just made this dip on sunday for Don and I. It was fantastic and I thought Don was going to eat the whole dish. We enjoyed it on crackers but I'm sure you could toast some pita bread up and dip into with that or use your imagination. I will now incorporate this into one of our holiday celebrations. My family usually gathers Christmas to celebrate the holiday. I had everyone here last year and I will enjoy having everyone here again this Christmas. We all bring and appetizer to share. I always make my cheese ball but will usually make or try something new each year. I will definatly be putting this tasty one one the table. I hope you try it for your special holiday celebration.
Hot Artichoke Dip
1 8oz block cream cheese
1 8 oz block sharp white chedar cheese (shredded)
1 Cup mayonnaise
1 Cup grated Parmesan
1 Onion Finely chopped
2 Cloves Garlic finely chopped
2 6-7 oz marinated artichoke hearts

Rinse the artichoke hearts and chop or pull apart.
Combine all ingrediants in mixer and mix throughly. Spread into a heat proof pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until slightly browned and bubbly.
Serve hot.
