Before each of my recipes I would like to give you a little back ground of how I got the recipe.
Corn Pudding
This recipe is one of my favorites! The first time I heard about it was at my Mom's. She loved to cook and was very good at it. I remember my Dad saying she couldn't boil water when they got married. Well over the fifty years they were married she became quite good at cooking. You can tell by all her fat children. ......Recipe Here

zucchini cassarole
This recipe I remember as a kid from a really neat lady friend of my parents. Jennette Dalesandry. She is now my parents age and still very full of life. Along with her husband they owned a cottage in Canada in Kingsville right on the banks of Lake Erie. Jennette is one of those people that is the life of the party.. ......Recipe Here
STUFFED VIDALIA ONIONS
If you are and onion lover this recipe is for you. My husband Don just loves onions and likes me to add them to everything. This recipe was my Mom's that she received I think from my Aunt Barbara as it is written on a memo pad with the company name that she worked for. This is a good recipe for the month of October because if I remember right the onions are harvested that month in Texas. ......Recipe Here
potato, zuccini bake
I made this a couple of weeks ago as a side dish to a chicken recipe. I liked the effect of the bread crumbs on the top as it made it nice and crunchy. Make sure that you cut the zuccini and the potatoe's thin or you will throw the cooking time off. Please remember to allow the time for this side dish as it does cook for and hour and a half total. You might want to try this recipe for Thanksgiving if your family isn't fond of mashed potatoe's. .....Recipe Here
With the rush of the Holiday upon us, I thought that this time saver might help some frantic cooks that are pressed to get that Holiday meal all hot and on the table at the same time. This potato dish can be made even several days ahead. It can be stored in the refridgerator for a several days and then just pop it in the oven 30 or 35 minutes before everything is to go in the oven...Recipe Here
Hashbrown cassarole is a family favorite and usually made for the holidays but you could have this for any meal.. Serve it next to a steak or pork chop and it will get rave reviews. I made this for christmas eve to serve with sandwiches. Its easy and can be made ahead to save you time. The card I am copying this from has my sister Reta's name on the top
