Jewish Apple Coffee Cake
3        Cups Flour
2        Cups Sugar
3        Heaping teaspoons baking powder
4        Eggs
1        Cup vegetable oil
2/1/2  Teaspoons vanilla
1/2     Cup Orange Juice

Peel and chop 4 to 5 tart apples and mix with 5 tablespoons sugar, 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Mix the first 6 ingrediants together with and electric mixer.  Put half the batter in a tube pan and then top with half the apple mixture.  Add the rest of the batter and top again with the apple mixture. 

Bake at 350 degrees
1 hour and 10 minutes
