Lasagna Toss
2  Lbs Ground Beef
1  Medium Chopped Onion

Brown and drain beef and onion

2  Cans 15oz Spagetti Sauce
1  Large carton Cottage Cheese
1  Box boiled Ruffle noodles (drained)
1  8oz can of Mushrooms

2  Lbs of mozzarella cheese

Layer the meat and noodle mixture & Chesse.  Should be about 2 Layers each.  Finish top with a layer of Mozzarella Cheese and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees  30 to 40 minutes
