Hot Artichoke Dip
I just made this dip on sunday for Don and I. It was fantastic and I thought Don was going to eat the whole dish. We enjoyed it on crackers but I'm sure you could toast some pita bread up and dip into with that or use your imagination. I will now incorporate this into one of our holiday . ......

Hot Dip
I received this recipe from my sister-in-law Debra Knight. I don't get to see her as often as I would like, everyone with our busy schedules. Debbie is a strong couragous woman who is a breast cancer survivor. Our family is proud of her courage and thankful she won her battle against a terrible.......

More To Come
Before each of my recipes I would like to give you a little back ground of how I got the recipe.
Rumacki (Reta Version)
This is my sister Reta's recipe. If Reta doesn't bring this at Christmas time I think we all would cry. As I told you on a previous recipe Reta is not a willing participant in the kitchen but what she does make is usually very good. This recipe is a Holiday favorite for our family, and its a given they will all be gone before the evening comes to and end.

Hawaiian Cheese Ball
This recipe is and old favorite. My mother use to make a cheese ball every year that contained blue cheese and it was delicious. But one year I tasted a cheese ball at my sisters that a neighbor made. Deceiding to try something new, I made it making a big new hit at Christimas. Todate I still make this cheese ball but I have to usually double or triple the recipe.

Chile Sausage squares
This recipe comes from one of my Mom's sources, maybe from the bisquick box or another brand of biscuit mix. It is hand written on and 3 X 5 card. In the recipe it calls for 1/4 cup mayonaise divided but the recipe never got to what you are suppose to do with the second half of the mayonaise, so I added it to the egg mixture.

This isn't one of my Mom's treasured recipes but they are delicious and I wanted to share this with my readers. My father and his wife leave Michigan to go to Texas for the winter months, so we have a farewell party at their house a few weeks before they leave. While at the family gathering I sampled these little tasty treats. I say I sampled only because my husband had already eaten most of the contents of the basket they were in.
These would make a great appetizer but I made them for dinner a few weeks ago. Chicken wings are very economical and they fit into my grocery budget quite nicely. This is a recipe I found in my Mom's recipe card file. I think almost everyone likes traditional Buffalo Wings but this puts a new flavor twist on these tasty little bites.
