It seems their are a lot of consumers out in the world that have the Miracleware Rice Cooker and have lost or misplaced the instructions.  I tried to scan and also make a photo copy of them but neither worked very well.....so below you will find the best solution to the problem.  I hope for everyone who has lost or misplaced their directions this is helpful.

Before first use and to clean:  Wash with warm water or in top rack of dishwasher

WARNING COOKING TIMES AND RICE-TO-WATER PROPORTIONS VARY WITH MICROWAVE WATTAGE AND TYPE OF RICE USED.  The proportions and times below are to be used as a guide only.  For best results, please consult the rice package and your microwave instruction manual and develop your own cooking guide.

FOR MICROWAVES 1000 WATTS AND ABOVE, COOK RICE AT 70% POWER LEVEL.
DO NOT cook instant rice, pure wild rice or boxed rice dishes with seasoning packets in this rice cooker.

General Instructions for Cooking Rice:
1) Rinse all rice: sticky rice should be rinsed until water runs clear.
2) Put measured amounts of water and rice into cooker , insert inner lid, snap outer lid into place with locking clamps.
3) Microwave for recommended time
4) Let stand for 5 minutres before serving

The following proportions of rice and water may be used as a guide.
* For white rice, increase cooking time approximately 2 minutes for each additional cup of rice
* For brown rice, increase 3-5 minutes per additonal cup of rice.
