2 Bags spinach
2 cans water chestnuts (sliced)
1 Can bean sprouts
1 lb bacon
4 hard boiled eggs (sliced)

Wash the spinach throughly and drain. Drain and rinse the bean sprouts and water chestnuts.

Cook the bacon crisp and crumble.  Mix all the ingrediants throughly into a large bowl.
Dressing
1 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup catsup
1/4 cup vinegar
1 Tablespoon worchestershire
1 small onion minced
2 teaspoons salt
Drizzle dressing over salad and serve
